Members of Houston’s Warehouse Team recently received recognition for the 2022 Year-End SPARQ Awards.

Representing Safety, Productivity, Attendance, Responsibility, and Quality, the SPARQ program was created to recognize the hard work and dedication of our valued warehouse team members. Utilizing metrics collected by the warehouse managers such as picking accuracy, output, equipment checks, row cleaning, and maintaining a safe work environment, each warehouse employee has the opportunity to have their accomplishments featured on the SPARQ wall prominently located in Houston’s Wilsonville facility, our Kansas City facility, and in the newsletter distributed company-wide.

Throughout the year of 2022, the following individuals have demonstrated outstanding achievements, and are strong assets to Houston’s operations. We thank you and celebrate your accomplishments! 

Eduardo receives his Five-Star SPARQ Award

Top Five Star Employee: Eduardo Reyes Wilsonville

Achieving Five-Star recognition 8 out of 12 months, Eduardo routinely excels in productivity, responsibility, and attendance.

Cameron receives his Top Productivity SPARQ Award

Top Productivity Order Puller: Cameron Buddrius Wilsonville

Cameron was the top order puller 8 out of 12 months, averaging 216 units per hour.

Angel receives his Top Quality SPARQ Award

Top Quality Order Puller: Angel Cervantes Wilsonville

For 3 out of 12 months, Angel totaled 63,984 units pulled without an error.

Jesus is recognized for the Top Forklift Stocker SPARQ Award

Top Forklift Stocker: Jesus Ayala Wilsonville

Jesus was the top stocker through 2022. For 11 out of 12 months, he recorded an average of 11.10 locations per hour.
