Jesus Ayala is diligent, productive, and willing to help the team in any way needed. For these qualities and more, Jesus has earned recognition as Wilsonville Warehouse Employee of the Month for August.
A Five-Star employee on the SPARQ wall for the month, Jesus was highly productive in July. Working the forklift, Jesus averaged 12.15 locations per hour, which was the highest number within the company. In addition to leading in forklift productivity, Jesus also provided coverage for order pulling duties, as well.
Since joining Houston’s in August of 2018, he has proven to be a versatile asset to the team.
“Jesus has really stepped up since moving to swing shift,” said Dave Williams, Swing Manager. “His productivity numbers and really all aspects of his performance have been outstanding.”
Another notable quality, Jesus maintains a positive attitude and constantly demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond to complete team goals, no matter what types of challenges may arise.
“Jesus’ work ethic and his helpfulness to others make him a great addition to Houston’s,” Dave added.
Outside of work, Jesus likes to work on cars, go fishing, and spend time with family.
Congratulations, this recognition is well deserved!
Runners up for the month are Eduardo Reyes (First Runner Up) and Rafael Vera (Second Runner Up).
