Knowledgeable, skilled, and always willing to lend a hand where needed, Cliff Hill is a valued member of the Kansas City Warehouse Team. For demonstrating these qualities and more, Cliff has earned recognition as KC Employee of the Quarter for Q3.

Cliff is a Five-Star Employee on the SPARQ wall for the month of June, and he has also earned the distinction of being the only KC Team member to have notched a Five-Star rating in each month this quarter.

While Cliff’s main role is as the Inventory Control Specialist for the KC Warehouse, his team-first mentality and versatility are shown as he also steps in to pick orders and assist other areas when needed.

“Cliff can do it all,” said KC Warehouse Supervisor Tony Sutton. “Any time the warehouse is in a pickle, Cliff comes and helps out tremendously, no matter what the job is.”

As a testament to his versatility and willingness to step in, Cliff was error-free when picking orders for the past month.

Tony also notes that one of Cliff’s other valuable attributes is his knack for finding efficiencies.

Drawing on his warehouse knowledge and experience as an order picker, Cliff moved hundreds of locations within the warehouse to make things more picker friendly.

He also completed his quarterly audit in a little over a month.

“He is a true asset not just to the KC Warehouse, but to the whole company,” Tony said.

Outside of work, Cliff enjoys having family time on Sunday, with a nice Sunday dinner. He enjoys sports and has expressed that he’d love to be involved in a baseball league.

Cliff has a dog named Coco and several pet fish, as well.
