Versatility and flexibility are among Dagoberto Gutierrez’s most valuable contributions to the Houston’s team. These qualities along with his dedication and penchant for accuracy have earned Dagoberto recognition as the August Employee of the Month.

Over the past few months, Dago’s flexibility has been an especially valuable asset to the Wilsonville Warehouse Team. He often floats between different departments when needed, offering help in multiple areas.

Angie Buffetta, Cash & Carry Supervisor, recognized Dago’s important versatility. “He knows not only order pulling, he knows receiving, auto stocking, and is always more than happy to work long hours,” she said.

Dedicated to hard work, Dago is also self-motivated, displaying the responsibility and initiative to take on what needs to be done without having to be asked to do so.

It’s well known that, though Dago has a diverse skill set, he’s especially good at order pulling. For the month of September, Dago was Houston’s top order puller, with 22,012 units pulled without any errors.

Additionally, earlier this year in March Dagoberto was recognized as the Top Quality Order Puller. Over a five-month span, he pulled a whopping 106,153 units without committing a single error. It’s clear that he’s grown into one of the leaders in accuracy over his 17 years with Houston’s.

Outside of work, Dago enjoys outdoor activities like walking and running. He has two children: a son and a daughter. He also has a granddaughter, whom he absolutely adores. When not spending time with his family, Dago loves to hang out with his dog, Mya.
