Nothing screams “SUMMER!” like breaking out the grill for some good down-home barbecue. And there is no better way to spend your Memorial Day weekend than gathered around the patio, surrounded by friends and family, eating some delicious food! To really get your taste buds churning, here is a spicy recipe I found on Demitri’s website. Happy eating!
Carolann’s Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium sized pork tenderloin
Marinade
2 ounces of Demitri’s Chili’s and Peppers seasoning mix
2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped (use the oil)
2 tablespoons Canadian Rye Whiskey
Mix all the ingredients together. Marinade the pork for one hour, turning at least once. Grill on high for four minutes on each side, then turn the grill to low for 15-20 minutes. Baste the tenderloin with the leftover marinade. Do not overcook!
Remove from grill, slice, and serve.
